1. AGREEMENT TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) apply to all customers who purchase subscription-based products from Glissi Pty Ltd (“Glissi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via:

By selecting a subscription product and completing checkout, you:

  • Acknowledge that you are entering into a recurring billing arrangement

  • Agree to be charged automatically at the selected delivery interval

  • Accept the minimum subscription commitment outlined below

  • Confirm that you have read and agreed to these Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of our broader Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.


2. HOW GLISSI SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

Certain Glissi products are offered at a discounted price when purchased via subscription.

By subscribing:

  • You receive the initial product at a reduced price

  • You agree to automatic recurring shipments at the selected interval

  • Your nominated payment method will be automatically charged prior to each shipment

Delivery intervals are selected at checkout (e.g., every 3 months).


3. MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT

3.1 Consideration for Discounted Pricing

The discounted subscription price is provided in consideration of your agreement to participate in a minimum subscription term.

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The subscription includes a minimum commitment of one recurring subscription cycle after the initial purchase.

  • The first recurring subscription order will be processed approximately 3 months after the initial purchase (or based on the interval selected at checkout).

  • Cancellation is not permitted prior to the first recurring subscription charge being successfully processed.

This minimum commitment is a material term of the subscription agreement.


4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 When You May Cancel

You may cancel your subscription only after:

  • The first recurring subscription charge has been successfully processed.

Once eligible, you may cancel:

  • Through your online customer account; or

  • By emailing glissi.team@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation:

  • Prevents future recurring charges

  • Does not reverse or refund orders already processed

  • Does not entitle you to a refund of prior shipments


5. REFUNDS & RETURNS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1 No Change of Mind Refunds

Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Failure to use the product

  • Forgetting to cancel

  • Dental anatomy compatibility concerns

  • Orthodontic appliances or tight tooth contacts

  • Learning curve or adaptation period

5.2 Used or Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used subscription products cannot be returned unless defective under applicable consumer law.

5.3 Defective Products

If a subscription product is defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with:

  • Australian Consumer Law; or

  • Other applicable consumer legislation based on your location.


6. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails:

  • We may attempt to reprocess payment

  • Access to subscription benefits may be suspended

  • Future shipments may be delayed

If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be cancelled at our discretion.

You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts incurred prior to cancellation.


7. PRICING & PRICE CHANGES

Subscription pricing:

  • Is subject to change with reasonable notice

  • May vary due to currency, taxes, shipping, or supplier cost changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing cycles.


8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By entering into a subscription:

  • You acknowledge that recurring billing is authorised

  • You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of your subscription

  • Ineligibility for future purchases

  • Referral to debt recovery where appropriate

We reserve the right to provide this Subscription Agreement, checkout consent records, IP address logs, and billing confirmation records to payment processors as evidence of authorisation.


9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate billing information

  • Monitoring upcoming billing dates

  • Cancelling prior to renewal deadlines if you do not wish to continue

Failure to manage your subscription does not invalidate valid charges.


10. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers purchasing from:

acknowledge that subscription arrangements are governed primarily by Australian law, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer legislation.


11. TERMINATION BY GLISSI

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel subscriptions at our discretion

  • Refuse service

  • Limit quantities

  • Terminate accounts suspected of abuse or fraud


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription product purchased.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
