This Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Glissi Pty Ltd (“Glissi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via our online stores at:

This Policy outlines your rights and our obligations.
2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW GUARANTEES
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you are entitled to:

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Glissi does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been:

Opened
-
Used
-
Removed from sealed packaging
-
Had protective seals broken
are not eligible for return or refund, unless required under applicable consumer law.
All sales are considered final once opened.
4. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY)
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund only if your item:

Has a genuine manufacturing defect

Is significantly different from its description

Is unsafe
-
Arrives damaged in transit
The product must be returned unused (unless defective), and in original packaging where reasonably possible.
5. EXCLUSIONS
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns where:

You change your mind

The product does not suit personal preference

The product requires adaptation or practice
-
The product does not perform as expected due to:

Orthodontic wires, braces, or fixed retainers

Extremely tight tooth contacts

Unique anatomical variations

There is a learning curve associated with proper use

The product has been misused, improperly handled, or not used according to instructions

Normal wear and tear has occurred
-
The product has been modified or altered
Glissi products are designed to accommodate a broad range of dental anatomies. Individual anatomical variation or user adaptation requirements do not constitute a product defect.
6. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Glissi offers certain products via subscription at a discounted rate.
Subscription Terms – Minimum Commitment
By purchasing a subscription product, you acknowledge and agree that:

The initial purchase is provided at a discounted rate in consideration of entering into a subscription arrangement.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until after the first recurring subscription order has been processed, which occurs approximately 3 months after the initial purchase, depending on the selected delivery interval.

Cancellation requests submitted prior to the first recurring subscription processing will not be accepted.

By completing checkout and opting into the subscription, you expressly agree to this minimum subscription commitment.
Cancellation After First Renewal
After the first recurring subscription order has been processed, you may cancel future renewals at any time via:

Your customer account portal; or
-
Emailing glissi.team@gmail.com prior to your next billing date.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund for orders already processed.
Subscription Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:

Subscription orders already processed
-
Change of mind
-
Failure to use the product
-
Personal preference
-
Anatomical or orthodontic compatibility concerns
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. RETURN PROCEDURE (DEFECT CLAIMS ONLY)
To request a return due to a suspected defect:

Clear photographic and/or video evidence

If approved, the item must be returned to:

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
8. ASSESSMENT & OUTCOME
Upon receipt, the product will be inspected.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the product
-
Refund the purchase price
Where required under law, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed.
If no defect is found, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
9. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Glissi provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover:

User damage

Accidental damage
-
Improper use
-
Cosmetic damage not affecting function
-
Wear and tear
-
Consumable items (including replacement floss heads)
-
Performance limitations due to orthodontic appliances or individual dental anatomy
This warranty operates in addition to rights under applicable consumer law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

Replacement of the goods

Supply of equivalent goods
-
Refund of the purchase price
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
